Illustrations, photographs, and specification are not binding in detail. We operate a policy of continual improvement in our product range. We therefore reserve the right to amend specifications and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
WovenVeranda endeavours to maintain good stock levels, however, we can not guarantee immediate availability upon all items. If an item is out of stock we will advise a best estimate of when the required product item/s will become available again, based upon manufacturing and shipping information given to us.
All prices on our website are in NZ dollars and include GST. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. All goods require payment upon issue of invoice. Some items for specific personalised orders will require a deposit at time of order.

WovenVeranda Limited - Solid Core Cane, Synthetic Wicker woven upon
aluminium framing with stainless steel fastenings offer a 5 Year Warranty that
your furniture will be free of defects and workmanship issues.
WovenVeranda Limited Cushions with Sunny Guard fabric offer a 2 Year
WovenVeranda Limited Natural Wicker woven upon rattan offer a 2 Year
This warranty does not apply to any cases of normal wear and tear of the
furniture. Normal wear and tear is defined as “The normal deterioration caused
by regular use of the furniture”.
Checking or small cracking of the Teak Wood is a normal and natural
occurrence that should be expected. The warranty does not extend to the natural
patina of the teak wood or any other discolourations.
The warranty does not cover any damage or loss or condition that is beyond the
control of WovenVeranda Limited; including but not limited to cases of
unauthorized repair, modifications after purchase, improper use, infestations,
negligence, misuse, vandalism, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire,
earthquake or any other similar acts of force majeur.
The Warranty ONLY applies to the original purchaser of the furniture with
proof of purchase.
WovenVeranda reserves the right to repair or replace any piece that is covered
under the terms of this warranty.
Where possible, we may ask that photos be provided to us via email, so that we
can determine the extent of the defect and the corrective action that is most
If furniture arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us upon your
delivery receipt to assist you with our return process.
For returnable items – a copy of your purchase receipt must be included. You are
fully responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not accept
responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All packages must be returned to the
original delivery company to be delivered back to WovenVeranda Limited.
